Accommodation and facilities:
Staff was first friendly, but when we complained one thing they stopped to say hello or even notice us. One day water didn t work, and we didn t get any apologized, only bad looks. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anybody. Breakfast was toast with jam and cup of quickcoffee and some eggs. Room downstairs was not good, no windows at all, and upper was better but small and noisy for children. Lots of bugs and when we arrived, sheets were dirty. We left week earlier becouse of the staff.

Otrevlig personal vi fick i princip be om ursäkt för att vi va så jobbiga och ville checka in. Dom försökte dessutom ta betalt trots att allt var betalt via internet. Skitigt rum med blodfläckar på vägen och mögligt badrum

Just awful! At check in they tried to make me pay again. I tried to explain that i alredy payed on internet. After some disskution we got our room key whit a sour face. The room was taken from a horroer movie whit bloodstains on the wall. Breakfast not ok.

Hi to everybody who is looking for a hotel in Ao Nang. I can recommend this hotel becouse of the good service and nice staff. The room was clean and good daily. Walk to the beach was about 10 min and restaurant´s and shops just minut´s away. I am coming back to this hotel.

Very nice little hotell. We liked the family atmosphere and the godd service attitude from the girls in teh reception. Thanks for a good stay and we will recommend this hotel.
