To Management of Royal Paradise Hotel. My friends and I have been staying at Royal Paradise every year for more than a decade. Reason: good room quality.Hotel service is good: our latest stay there 4th Dec 2016 - the male receptionist (sorry did not get his name), checked us in at 2pm. Only to find that three guys share two beds. So he helped us immediately find another room with three single beds. He also personally escorted us to the new room and handled the exchange of room key cards efficiently. kudos to him. Good location to beach and Jung ceylon. Breakfast:room for improvement

Booking service was great: expected 3 single beds for three guys. but only one single bed and one queen size bed. very awkward to sleep with 2 guys sharing one queen size bed.

Used to stay here 10 years ago. It is really showing it s age. The staff were great. But unless they do major remodeling I won t be back.

A clean and safe place to stay. Staffs are very friendly, breakfast is good. Location is near shopping centre, walk to beach is only 10mins. The only downside is certain rooms are still using key instead of card access. Value for money.

All staff is rude. Russian recepcition Lady is not helpful. Hotel location is in gay area and it is not easy to go out and come in to Hotel.

Vi havde booket et værelse på Royale fløj Den tybe værelser ligger bare op til 3 gader som er gay gader og der er meget larm til kl 2 om natten så hvis man ønsker dette hotel skal man nok booke i hovdefløjen sengen var en dobbelt madres som lå på en forhøjning og var meget hård der var også en 1 mindre madres som vi måtte ligge oven på den anden for at komme til at ligge godt nok det skal da dertil sigen at rengøringspersonalet gjore hvad de kunne for at vi var tilfreds nok ikke et hotel jeg vil booke igen Michael Denmark

Hotel location is perfect. very close to eateries, pubs and all fun part of phuket, still gives a quiet rest at night. Breakfast was good, however staff was always eager to collect plates even before we finished eating. staff is polite and we had comfortable stay.

The Hotel is clean, safe and with friendly staffs. Breakfast acceptable. 7-8 min walk to Jungleceylon shopping centre, 4-5 min walk to eateries, 10min walk to beach and ah! not forgetting nightlife, they are all over the places within 5-10min walk too. This is my 3rd times staying in this hotel.

no lcd tv in the room even stay in NEW WING. lobby full of Moist taste. inside room of 9th floor have mosquitoes. the whole hotel area full of mosquitoes. under expectation of 4 star hotel.
